Assassin’s Creed series has a blurred future. On the one hand developers still release beautiful and dynamic stories. On the other hand they tend to copy themselves so that the franchise is getting boring. Now that Ubisoft is thinking about Assassin’s Creed future they’ve decided to release Assassin’s Creed Ezio Collection which offers you remastered versions of Ezio Auditore da Firenze adventures.
Ezio is back. The life of the legendary assassin has been remastered. So you can enjoy the old missions with new graphics. The game is already available and you can buy it. Just like Xbox release Ezio Collection for PS4 includes Assassin’s Creed II, Assassins Creed Brotherhood and Assassin’s Creed Revelations. All the three parts can boast about pretty graphics and improved physics. Look at how graphics have been improved in the new Collection:
The latest collection of Ezio’s adventures is also available for Xbox One. It has identically the same graphics as PS4 variant. Gameplay and storyline don’t have any differences either. Unfortunately you can’t launch Assassin’s Creed Ezio Collection on PC. Here’s how brand new game looks:
To the disappointment of PC users the new collection is available for next-gen consoles only. Ubisoft offers Assassin’s Creed Ezio Collection to Xbox One and PS4 gamers only. It’s unlikely that they will release PC version in the near future because Ubisoft new policy aims at consoles mainly. Nevertheless, you can watch a video comparing old PC Assassin series and remastered versions.
The collection was released on November 17, 2016. Now it is available on official Ubisoft website. So you can buy it right now.
Amazon has also started selling Assassin’s Creed Ezio Collection.
Its price on Amazon is a bit cheaper $49,88 compared to Best Buy where the game is $59,99.
Now that the whole Collection of games about Ezio has been released we can say that Ubisoft hasn’t changed graphics only. They seem to have altered original games’ art styles a little bit. The whole mood of the color palette has become warmer compared to the initial games.
